We are actively seeking experienced Stepdeck OTR drivers to join our growing team. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to earn — we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of OTR experience
Clean MVR (no major violations)
Clean background (required for military freight)
No CDL restrictions

2024–2026 trucks available (new, well-maintained equipment)
Stepdeck trailers equipped with ramps
Dedicated power-only loads
Flexible pay options: percentage or per mile

In the early hours of April 24, 2018, Michigan State Police got a call that made Lt. Mike Shaw’s heart stop:
A man was standing on the edge of a bridge over I-696 in Detroit, preparing to jump.

There was no time to build a net. No time to set up equipment. The freeway below was dark, and the drop was fatal.

So Lt. Shaw did something no one had ever tried before. He grabbed his radio and called for truckers.

Within minutes, 13 semi-trucks answered the call. They rolled into position side by side across every lane, forming a wall of steel beneath the bridge — lowering the fall and buying negotiators precious time.

For nearly four hours, officers spoke gently to the man above while engines rumbled steadily below. The truckers didn’t know his name or her story. They just refused to leave.

As dawn broke, something shifted. he stepped back from the edge. Officers guided her to safety — into a world where 13 strangers had spent their night refusing to let her fall.

One by one, the trucks pulled away, disappearing into the morning light like quiet guardians.

📸 When an aerial photo of that moment hit the internet, it spread worldwide — 13 trucks in perfect formation, a geometric act of love.

Lt. Shaw said:

“They didn’t do it for recognition. They did it because it was the right thing to do.”

That night, a highway became holy ground.
Thirteen truckers turned their rigs into a cathedral of second chances.
