Happy Technician Appreciation Week to our mechanics and shop teams across our terminals.

You're the ones diagnosing the problem at 5 a.m., turning wrenches through long shifts, and getting a tractor back in service so a load doesn't miss its window. Nothing moves without you.

Thank you for the skill, the hustle, and the pride you put into every repair.

We're closing the week with three drivers who show up, take on the work nobody's asking twice about, and make everyone around them better at the job.

▪️Nathaniel Robinson — Quick, efficient, every single day, and always willing to jump in.
▪️Iban Espinoza — Sharp focus, safety-first, and he passes it on, Smith System coaching on 1-2-1 ride-alongs.
▪️Pernell Brown — The go-to guy for the jobs nobody else wants. Fixes problems, helps other drivers.

That's a wrap on Driver Appreciation Week. One message: thank you. 👏

The best drivers don't just do the job. They lift the people around them. Three more proving it. 🚛👏

▪️Joey Weckar — Trains drivers across two divisions and brings the same attitude on the hardest days.
▪️Fil Ruiz — Eleven years in, and there isn't a piece of equipment or a job he can't handle.
▪️Kerry Bland — Newly promoted Lead Driver who changed how his whole team works together.

Thank you. You set the standard. 🙌

Behind every on-time load is a driver who made it happen. Here are three more of ours.

▪️Craig Champlin — 13 years over the road, top of the fleet in miles with a perfect safety record all year.
▪️Danielle Esquibel — Works hand in hand with dispatch and pulls the late freight nobody else will.
▪️Damian Hicks — Works every weekend, never shies away from a load, and always has another driver's back.

Thank you, all three. You set the standard. 🙌

Some drivers just make the whole operation run better. This week we're shining a light on three of them. 🚛👏

▪️Adam Orosco — Ten years in, and still the first to say yes to any load.
▪️Armando Jiminez — Always ready to take on whatever comes his way, no questions asked.
▪️Aron Glen — Any equipment, any job, done safely, done right, every time.

Thank you, gentlemen. You set the standard. 🙌

Before most people start their day, our drivers are already solving problems no one else will ever see.

A road closes. A dock isn’t ready. Weather shifts. An appointment changes.

They reroute, make the calls, adjust on the fly, and keep the shipment on schedule.

That’s what reliability looks like: solving the problem before it becomes the customer’s problem.

This week, we’re spotlighting the drivers who do it every day. Join us in thanking them for the skill, judgment, and consistency they bring to every load.

The people who move chemicals move the country.

That's worth celebrating, and this week, the industry does exactly that at the Walcott Truckers Jamboree at Iowa 80.

The Quantix team will be there July 9–11. Stop by, say hello, and talk shop with the folks who keep the supply chain moving. Removing obstacles is what we do, come see how.

Wishing our team, partners, and customers a safe and happy 4th of July!

As we celebrate Independence Day, we want to express our gratitude to everyone who keeps our operations running smoothly and our supply chains moving forward every day.

Enjoy the holiday and have a wonderful celebration with family and friends!
