Work within our Customer Care department, providing legendary support for logistics and client services. You can work on a part-time or full-time basis, with flexibility including weekends. Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and chat, addressing their concerns and staying updated on service trends.
Key requirements include strong verbal and written communication skills, telephone etiquette, and the ability to adapt to different personalities. No prior experience is needed, as we offer five days training. You'll be compensated between $27.80 and $31.65 per hour. Immediate start available!
