Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (24/7 Operation)
Starting Pay: $16.00 / hour

​About the Role
​Are you looking for an exciting career where no two days are the same? Join our Fixed-Base Operation (FBO) team as a Line Service Technician! In this role, you will be the face of our operation, working right on the ramp to support pilots, passengers, and aircraft. From fueling private jets and commercial airliners, to guiding aircraft safely into position, you will play a critical role in keeping aviation moving.
​Aviation experience is preferred, but not required! If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a passion for customer service, we will provide the training you need to succeed.

​Key Responsibilities
●​Aircraft Fueling: Safely fuel a variety of aircraft while strictly adhering to ATA 103 standards and quality control procedures.
●​Aircraft Movement: Marshal, park, tow, and position aircraft on the airport ramp with precision and care.
●​Customer Service: Enthusiastically greet arriving pilots and passengers, assist with baggage, and accommodate special customer requests.
●​Ramp Operations: Perform daily fuel farm inspections, equipment checks, and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
●​Teamwork: Collaborate with the team and complete other duties as assigned to ensure seamless daily operations.

​What We Are Looking For
●​Flexibility: We are a 24/7 operation. Candidates must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
●​Resilience: Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather elements (heat, cold, rain, snow).
●​Security: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check to obtain an airport security clearance badge.
●​Attitude: A safety-first mindset, great attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
