⚠️TRAVEL ALERT⚠️ | Northbound I-225 closure at 6th Avenue in Aurora

Motorists are urged to plan ahead for a full overnight closure of northbound I-225 at 6th Avenue on Sunday (10/26/2025) and Monday (10/27/2025) for rehabilitation of I-225 bridges over 6th and 2nd avenues. Lanes will be closed 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night.

This closure will allow crews to put down asphalt on the bridges’ surface to help even out the pavement. Later in the week there will be additional overnight double lane closures on north and southbound I-225 to finish work.

You never know where the road of life is going to take you

You never know where the road of life is going to take you

Taylor “Ghost” Morrison, 64, wasn’t supposed to be on that back road in the Colorado mountains.
His GPS had died.
A wrong turn led him down a narrow path few ever took.

Then he saw it — a flicker of color beneath the brush.
A shoe.
And then… a child.

A missing girl, barely alive after six days lost in the wilderness.

Ghost wrapped her in his jacket, found a faint pulse, and refused to leave her side.
No signal. No help. Just faith.

He rode until his phone connected, called for rescue, and waited — talking softly to keep her awake, humming old songs into the silence.

When paramedics arrived, they said the search had been called off.
Ghost had done what no one else could.

Weeks later, a letter came:
“Thank you for finding me. Mom says you’re my angel.”
Inside was a patch — a motorcycle wheel with angel wings.

Now, every year, Ghost rides that same road.
Because sometimes, a wrong turn isn’t a mistake.
It’s a calling. ❤️

Yellowstone Bison Sets New Record for Tourist Toss

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK - Park officials confirmed yesterday that a bison has set a new record for highest tourist launch, flipping an unsuspecting visitor nearly 21 feet into the air.

Witnesses say the tourist had been attempting to take a “selfie with the beast” when the animal, apparently unimpressed, lowered its head and delivered a textbook flip that has since been dubbed “The Yellowstone Yeet.”

“The previous record was 15 feet, held by a particularly cranky bull near Old Faithful in 2019,” said park spokesperson Dale Hargrove. “This new toss clears that by a full story and a half. It’s really something to behold, though we strongly advise against getting close enough to see it in person.”

The airborne tourist reportedly landed in a patch of soft grass and walked away with nothing more than bruised pride and a viral TikTok video. Bison, meanwhile, have been seen strutting around the area as though celebrating their new title.

Park rangers are now considering setting up bleachers and a scoreboard near the Hayden Valley in anticipation of “future attempts.”
