After 42 years of dedicated service, Donata Russell Ross, has decided to retire as our CEO effective October 6, 2025. She has been an integral part of shaping our culture and growth strategy of our family-owned and operated international airport concessionaire business. We are deeply grateful for her vision, leadership, and lasting impact on CI and the industry.

We are thrilled to welcome Nikki Tinsley Harland as our next CEO. With 12 years of success in the travel retail industry, and with her proven track record and robust experience in retail operations, dining, merchandising, business systems and transformation, human resources and results-driven leadership skills, Nikki is well-positioned to lead us into the future.

We are thrilled to announce that our CEO, Donata Russell Ross, has been inducted into the Atlanta Hospitality Hall of Fame by the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) at their 25th annual ceremony last night. This prestigious recognition honors her outstanding contributions to Atlanta’s hospitality industry over the past 40 years, positively impacting both visitors and residents alike.

Donata joins three other distinguished inductees: Mark Vaughan (ACVB), Bobby Donlan (New York Prime Steakhouse), and the late Brian Davis, Ph.D. (Georgia Aquarium).
