CI CEO Nikki Harland spoke at the 2026 ACI-NA/ACC Airport Construction Strategy Summit on the panel “Project Delivery as a Team Sport: Engaging Airlines, Tenants, and Other Key Stakeholders from Start to Finish.”

Nikki shared how important it is for hospitality and concessions partners to have visibility early in the process — helping reduce stress, improve communication, and create stronger alignment across teams.

Building hospitality spaces inside airports is different, and collaboration from the start helps create better experiences for everyone who moves through them.
