Over our 14 years and the thousands of paddlers we have hosted, I am convinced that this opportunity to share the beauty of paddling with others is a gift. Our trips are mostly about connecting with people with some paddling sprinkled in. With so many profound conversations and healing that occurs on our tours, you just have to believe something amazing has been happening. The harmless bullnose ray has been spotted in Cold Spring Harbor on our tours all week. The tail does have barbs so you don’t want to step on them but otherwise they are harmless and beautiful animals. When their “wing” breaks the water, many mistake it for a sharks fin. Nothing to worry about so enjoy it!
