What an incredible day celebrating 100 years of the Dude Ranchers' Association! From the book signing at Legends Bookstore to the Grand Opening of The Wrangle: 100 Years of Dude Ranching, the Centennial Western Stroll, the Cody Country Chamber of Commerce Block Party, and Dude Ranch Night at the Cody Nite Rodeo, we were overwhelmed by the support from our community, partners, and friends.

We are proud to share that 100 Years of Dude Ranching: Celebrating the Centennial of the Dude Ranchers' Association has been honored with a 2026 Will Rogers Medallion Award for Western Photographic Essay!

This beautiful book features stunning photography by Scott T. Baxter and chronicles the history of the Dude Ranchers' Association and the dude ranching industry through the writing of Lynn Downey.

The Will Rogers Medallion Awards recognize outstanding works that preserve and celebrate the heritage, culture, and stories of the American West, making this recognition especially meaningful as we continue celebrating the DRA's 100th Anniversary.

Congratulations and thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to life!

The Grand Opening of The Wrangle was a wonderful success! Thank you to everyone who joined us and to the many individuals, businesses, sponsors, and community partners who helped make this special event possible.

The Dude Ranchers' Association and Dude Ranch Foundation kicked off their newest exhibit currently on display at 1122 12th Street. "The Wrangle" photography exhibit features a tribute to 100 years of Dude Ranching from photographer Scott T. Baxter. The exhibit will be on display through September 27, 2026.
