Join Our Growing Team as Wrap Team Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Graphics Installer / Vehicle Wrapper ready to take the next step in your career and lead our wrap and graphics team.
As Wrap Team Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for high-quality vinyl wraps, graphics, and branding installations on our full line of enclosed cargo trailers, flatbeds, dump trailers, and specialty builds. You’ll not only handle premium installations yourself but also train, mentor, and lead a growing team of installers while helping us deliver best-in-class results for our customers.
Job Duties:
Lead all wrap and graphics projects from design approval to final installation
Perform high-end vinyl wraps, decal installations, and custom graphics on trailers
Train and supervise wrap team members on proper techniques, tools, and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
Work closely with sales, production, and service teams to meet tight deadlines
Ensure every trailer leaves with flawless, durable graphics that represent our brand and our customers’ businesses
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of professional experience as a vehicle/trailer graphics installer and wrapper
Strong portfolio showing clean, high-quality wrap work (especially on large vehicles or trailers)
Experience with design software (Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign, etc.) is a big plus
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate others
Detail-oriented with high standards for craftsmanship
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
