Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about connecting with people? Join our team and help us recruit qualified CDL-A drivers to keep freight moving!

What You'll Do:
✅ Source and recruit CDL-A drivers
✅ Screen applicants and verify qualifications
✅ Coordinate background checks and employment verifications
✅ Guide candidates through the hiring process

What We're Looking For:
✔️ At least 1 year of recruiting experience
✔️ Experience using Tenstreet to review and process driver applications - preferred
✔️ Knowledge of DOT regulations - preferred
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Excellent organization and attention to detail
✔️ Confident, energetic approach to engaging active and passive candidates
✔️ Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
✔️ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a metrics-driven recruiting environment

📍 Location: Clinton, MS 39056
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, IN-OFFICE position
