This post will be reposted regularly as I go through the process of legally filing complaints for theft of services on Phil Pyro (Phil’s pilot car) Olmsted Ohio
(Not to be confused with Phil Lutz, also Phil’s pilot car
Also filing on Andrew with Triple T pilot from Ohio who double brokered the load.
Also naming Miller transportation from lynchburg, Ohio
We are now over 60 days from billing this load for close to $3,300.00
I told Andrew with Triple T that Phil’s Pilot Car, whom he double Broker to will not pay me.
Andrew stated that if the guy would not pay me that he would take care of it.
Then, when I was not paid by Phil Andrew started changing his stories saying that he had to give the guy a load and then not pay him so he could pay me lol and now he won’t answer any phones from me or my representatives.
I have been advised to keep this information reoccurring in my post.
I have nut- also been advised to charge charging 10% compounded daily of what is owed.
I am asking my pilot friends to repost this so to flood our industry with knowledge of the practice of these two companies
I have never had to chase money until the last couple years. The quality of people that we are getting out there is disgusting. They are not honorable many of them and they will tell you anything just to get you to leave them alone and like me they will be left out in the cold having thousands of dollars owed to them

One person in my network called and ask this guy why he don’t pay his people. The guy said oh that’s a funny story. Well it’s not funny to me.

Yeah, that guy is a coke addict went broke a while back. He was calling one of my other escorts asking him to borrow money so he could finish a trip.

In the “project” life when you spend months and months with the same people relationships grow into families.
In an industry where people flock that may not have the closest relationships with their own family, our “project” family, in many ways are closer than blood.
Yesterday I watched while my “project” family lost one of their own.
Relatively new to the group my heart hurt as I witnessed the sadness and pain of this wonderful close nit group deal with the unexpected loss of one of their own.
Instead of stopping the day in that moment, they gathered together and took the gentleman’s last load to its destination.
All the pilots, lights all on escorted this loved, kind, always willing to help man’s last load to its resting place.
Rest in peace you wonderful young man. While I did not know you I know many who did, and you were truly loved.
