It was a pleasure relocating this 30x37 family home for our customer. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our crew, bucket trucks, Entergy and our police escorts, the house is now settled in its new location. Although the move was only a few miles, navigating numerous powerlines made it a challenging task — and our team handled it flawlessly.

Angel Suite

Building is 12 x 24, with a 8 x 12 detachable porch/deck included with the building. Spray foam insulation in walls, ceiling and floor. Split A/C and heat unit. Tankless hot water heater. It comes furnished with 2 twin beds, nightstand, recliner and chair, drop leaf table, Smart TV, coffee bar with Keurig, hotel size refrigerator, microwave, 2 chandeliers and wall mount light in the main area. Main area is carpeted. Restroom has a walk-in shower, sink vanity, and toilet. Small entryway and restroom has vinyl tile. It has no kitchen, just a coffee bar. Very nice and in perfect condition. Comes fully furnished with refrigerator, Smart TV, Recliner, Lazy Boy Loveseat hide-a bed, Queen size bed, night stand, chest of drawer and hot water heater.
