Taking a quick break from Greenland posts to share some news 🎉

I’ve been nominated AND hand-selected by my host agency, Nexion, through a highly selective vetting process, to attend one of the top industry events in the WORLD! Three days of collaborative sessions, networking, and gala events, all focused on data-driven travel trends and relationship-building, so I can bring the best of the best back to all of YOU. The big event itself is happening at the end of January, in Barcelona, and I am SO honored to attend.

The selected advisors represent just 0.1% of the global roster of close to 100,000 at Internova (Nexion’s parent company). I’ve won awards before, but this one hits different. And I’m only here because of YOU. 💙

One voyage ends, another begins! ⚓

We said our goodbyes to our incredible friends from the Solar Eclipse voyage (more eclipse photos coming soon — I still can't wrap my head around what we witnessed. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.) — and said hello to our new friends joining for the Greenland Expedition!

And a special shoutout to the 7 friends who stuck around from the last cruise to keep the adventure going. 🙌

Today we arrived in Tasiilaq, and now we're making our way through the fjords of southern Greenland, heading toward the west side of the island and exploring tiny villages along the way. One thing's for sure — Greenland is absolutely gorgeous.

We've got another week onboard, so stay tuned — there's a lot more to come! 🇬🇱⛴️

While I’m exploring through Greenland, let’s look ahead—and head south to South America!

In November 2027, we’re bringing together two places that belong on every traveler’s bucket list: the Galápagos Islands and Peru.
We’ll encounter incredible wildlife, snorkel with sea lions, experience the Sacred Valley, and visit the unforgettable Machu Picchu—all while enjoying boutique accommodations and the ease of a thoughtfully planned journey.

You know the old saying — Iceland is really green and Greenland is really ice? Well, we saw plenty of proof of that on our way in — incredible icebergs drifting past as we made our approach. 🧊

Our stop today was Ittoqqortoormiit, a tiny village of around 300 people and one of the most remote towns on the planet. A few fun facts for you:

🏘️ It was founded in 1925, and its old name was Scoresbysund

🏠 The houses are painted in bright reds, blues, greens, and yellows — a serious pop of color against the rock and ice

🐻‍❄️ It sits right at the edge of the world's largest fjord system, home to polar bears, muskoxen, and narwhals (we kept looking - but nothing)

✈️ There are no roads in or out — just two flights a week and a couple of supply ships a year

We'll be cruising the fjords over the next couple of days, and more sun is in the forecast — which makes for an absolutely stunning sight out here. ☀️

Oh, and I know you're curious how to say it: **ee-toh-kor-toor-meet**

Let’s take a break from the north and head south—the South Pacific, that is. 🌴

Bora Bora may be the name everyone knows, but it’s only the beginning. This is one of the best itineraries Windstar has ever released, taking us beyond the familiar postcards to the coral gardens of Fakarava, remote Omoa, Taipivai Valley on Nuku Hiva, Rangiroa, and an unforgettable private-motu evening in Bora Bora.
