🚍 BEEP, BEEP! There will be Red Route detours on Tuesday, October 27 from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM for Trick-Or-Treat On College Avenue.

Red To Central - Normal route until the intersection of College Avenue and HWY 123. The bus will detour onto HWY 123 (bypassing Downtown Clemson and Sikes Hall) then continue on to Clemson University via HWY 76, turn right onto Perimeter Road, and turn right onto Newman Road. The bus stop will be at the intersection of Newman Road/Morrison Road, then the bus will turn right onto HWY 93. The route will resume normal operation.

Red To Clemson - Normal route from Central to Clemson. The bus will turn left onto Newman Road (bypassing the School Of Business and Downtown Clemson). The bus stop will be at the intersection of Newman Road/Morrison Road. From there, the bus will continue on Newman Road, turn left onto Perimeter Road, turn left onto HWY 76 and turn left onto HWY 123. The route will resume its normal operation at the intersection of College Avenue and HWY 123.

Detour Times To Know:
⏰ Pre-Game: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
⏰ Post-Game: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM
(or until the South Carolina Highway Patrol restores normal traffic patterns)

Because of the one-way traffic patterns, the Red Route will be unable to access Clemson University's campus or Downtown Clemson. In addition, please be aware the Highpointe/Pier-Downtown Route will be temporarily suspended until 7:00 PM.

Fall Break Adjusted Schedule! 🚍 From Saturday, October 10 through Tuesday, October 13, there will be some changes to our CATbus routes. Pendleton Route and Central Route will run as usual, but service for the Red Route, Gold Route and Highpointe/Pier Route will be impacted during this time.

🍂 Enjoy your fall break, and the regular fall schedule will resume on Wednesday, October 14.

On Wednesday, October 7 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, the Gold Route will temporarily be unable to service Kelly Road due to construction. As a result, the bus stops at Crawford Edge, Crawford Falls, and Tillman Place will be bypassed. There will be temporary bus stops in place at the following locations:
🔸 HWY 93 at Pot Belly Deli
🔸 HWY 93 at Roller Mill Smokehouse

DETOUR NOTICE! ❗️ If you ride the Red Route, please be aware that service will be impacted by the D.W. Daniel High School Homecoming Parade on Monday, September 28 between 5:45 PM and 7:45 PM.

During this time, buses will not run past the Central-Clemson Recreation Center and will instead turn around there. As a result, there will not be service to the following stops: Dollar General, downtown Central, Timberland Crossing and Southern Wesleyan University.
