Today, it looks like early mornings with coffee, learning new things, helping families plan meaningful trips, and slowly building something that's mine.

It looks like creating a career that fits around my family instead of asking my family to fit around my career.

It's not glamorous every day.

There are plenty of late nights, moments of doubt, and coffee that's been reheated one too many times.

But every small step gets me closer to the life I'm building with intention.

On a day when we celebrate freedom, I'm reminded that we're all working toward our own version of it.

Mine isn't about working less.

It's about having more choice.

More flexibility.

More memories with the people I love.

And that feels worth building, one day at a time.
