Summary: Delivers desired customer service experience, drives service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Installs company products for new clients and existing clients.*

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 8, Active Directory, word processing software, spreadsheet software, Sugar CRM software, Log Me In software, Go-To-Meeting webinar software, and team viewer software. Basic network connectivity skills, experience with Windows services and MS-SQL, and familiarity with installation and configuration of Windows servers required.
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree (A. A. / A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in the petroleum equipment industry required.
Certificates and Licenses:
· Valid driver's license
· Dresser Wayne certification preferred
· Veeder-Root certification preferred
· Gilbarco certification preferred
· Gasboy certification preferred
