Little PSA on this Saturday from me (Bob). This past week was almost a lost week entirely. We had an unusual amount of crashes for our customers. We hate to see it, when the inevitable happens we have to keep them going to get to the next race.
I get that people with stuff on order want/ need their stuff. I am here working a full day to try and get stuff going that was scheduled to be built on Tuesday. We have no social media person, no salesman, no gimmicks, we are busier than ever when hitting just about june.
We are working very hard to get everything out ASAP without skimping on our standards.
We are in high demand, we hope everyone understands that to a certain point. When you open the box, bolt on, fire it up and hit the track, that it's the baddest, highest on track performing packages you've ever had.
That's 99.9% of the feedback we've gotten. Can't win everyone but i can count on one hand the one's we've lost because they think they have something better in the last few year's.
As racers deep down ourselves, quality, performance and customer service is what is most important to me. No matter your last name, division or where you think you are on the totem pole if you crash we have to take care of them.
Thanks for your patience, we are trying to add another employee, i do not want this to turn into a mail order style piece, it has to stay more on the custom end, where i can control the quality of everything which leads to the performance that got us here.
