quick tip on getting to know your driver better as you start to onboard him or her to your freight dispatch service.

Rather than sending the profile form to complete, schedule a quick call with the driver and ask them the questions and complete the form yourself. This creates an opportunity to converse with the driver and really find out more about them. This will be your partner so during the conversation you may discover a common interest, teach/explain something so you look like a dispatch authority or find out a detail that could aid you in booking their loads more effectively. The goal is to establish a rapport and trust - this would be the perfect time and way to start!
