We love seeing our incredible team step up, support one another, and keep everything running smoothly. Help us celebrate these amazing team members who went above and beyond! 👏👇
🚨 Rescue Team Extraordinaire: Dominic Scafidi, Andy Jones, Trevor Lisenbee & Bethiah Gunderson - When a late-activity run resulted in a breakdown in the dark and rain, this dream team jumped right into action! Dominic coordinated the rescue effort, Andy safely transported the students, Trevor brought out a replacement bus, and Bethiah jumped in to help secure a wheelchair student when a seatbelt malfunctioned. Talk about incredible teamwork under pressure! Thank you all! 🌧️🚌

📝 Communication & Care Champion: Courtney Antrim - While subbing on a route, Courtney went the extra mile by leaving detailed notes on student behavior (naming specific positive actions!) to keep the primary driver fully in the loop. Plus, she even mopped the bus floor during a scheduled break! 🧹💛
— Nominated by Desiree West
📊 Spreadsheet Wizard: Sarah Paulson - Sarah took on the daunting task of untangling and streamlining the Years-of-Service Pins database. She worked her spreadsheet magic to organize data for over 175 employees, ensuring this special recognition program runs smoothly for years to come! 🪄📋
— Nominated by Sam Freshner
🧯 Safety First Hero: Pam Braun - I was getting ready to teach a class when a mess from discharged fire extinguishers needed proper cleanup. Pam was on her way out the door to go home when I asked her what it would take to clean up the mess. She mentioned a specific detailed process involving masks and gloves, but you also had to have training. Pam put her things down and went out to clean it. I tried to stop her, but she insisted on getting it taken care of so the room would be safe for the class. Thank you for your dedication, Pam! 🛡️❤️
