Big update regarding Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day Mexico project!

Mexico’s environmental agency says it currently does NOT plan to approve the project in its present form due to environmental concerns surrounding the reef system and surrounding area.

Royal Caribbean responded yesterday saying they are disappointed, but remain optimistic and plan to continue working with officials to move the project forward responsibly.

Personally, I don’t think this is the end of Perfect Day Mexico. It may just mean changes, delays, or even a modified location as discussions continue! I will keep you updated as I know more, and will keep this group open for the time being!
