I did something new with yarn yesterday! 🧶

My mom made the drive over to Common Thread Xenia - Tufting Studio in Xenia, Ohio with me yesterday and we made our first tufted rugs! I think we were pretty ambitious with our first designs. Common Thread has several fun design options to choose from, but we decided to make ours more unique. Mine is a drawing I made of my cat Jack and my mom based hers on the design of her Portland Leather Goods purse! I’m excited to get them back all finished and might have to go back to make another one of my other cat Sam so he doesn’t feel left out with this artwork of Jack hanging on the wall. 😅
