Hello Leah, Thank you so very much for the seeds. I so happy they arrived and look absolutely fabulous. I can’t wait to start planting them. Thank you for all your hard work in getting these orders done and sent out. Once I saw all those packets, it made me realize how time consuming it must have been to receive such a huge order at once. Not sure your customers realize how much work goes into completing these orders. I know I didn’t. Sorry. Thank you & I appreciate your honesty in sending out all your orders. I look forward to my other shipment soon. It’s on the way , 🥰

This has been a rough week. Our payment processor just told me that they are going to hold back 20% of all sales, to cover charge backs. Minimum amount of $7,000.00. We need this money for payroll and keep our seeds in stock. I was then given a 1-800 number to call, to talk to the actual payment processors about this. I have not called yet, because I got this information this morning, and I have been lost with how I'm going to approach this with logic.
They are giving people back money, without telling us who they are, and not giving us a chance to appeal their decisions. Many of these people probably already have their order in hand, and got them for free. If I can not get them to work with me, they are going to shut us down. We've already given the USPS over $15,000.00 in postage, that if the order was refunded, we can't recoup. Add on the up to $7,000.00 retainer, we have no money to pay our employees who are working hard daily to get these orders packaged at shipped at our expense.
And people wonder why we raised our prices? If nothing else it may slow down the number of orders we get daily, so that we can keep up. But it won't fix this dilemma. Take into all this that I just paid $7,000.00 out of pocket to improve the seed house climate, is going to destroy us. How much profit do you think we get when selling something for just a dollar?
We do this for you, and our many employees. We by no means are doing this to get rich!

We got hit really hard with hundreds of daily orders in both January and February, which depleted our seed stock and put us back a bit. We've since replenished our stock, and are currently packaging and shipping orders for 03/05. March did not slow down either. Thank you for your patience and understanding. You will receive an email with tracking information when the order is shipped.
