Stetson receives request for deliveries day and night. Our carefully trained dispatchers are individually assigned to a delivery order when the call is received. It is immediately assigned to a driver and the driver is dispatched right away. As soon as the driver picks up the delivery the dispatcher is notified and an estimated time of delivery is generated. The dispatcher watches over that delivery until it is signed for and the times are logged.
