Congratulations to Julio Fernandez, our Transportation Department Employee of the Month for August! Julio has been a mechanic with the Chula Vista Elementary School District since 2005 and works behind the scenes to keep our buses rolling down the road safely! 🥳

Our District employs approximately 1,615 classified, management, supervisory, confidential and support personnel. Classified employees have important roles in helping prepare the children of our community to be successful in the 21st Century. Classified School Employee Week provides an opportunity to recognize the contributions of our classified staff.
