The Parts Depot New OEM Parts Redistribution Center Founded in 1982, a group of parts managers and investors created a concept to help dealerships with excess parts inventory.

Today we are the largest Redistribution Center for NEW OEM replacement and service parts. We Sell dealers excess at 25% off dealer cost, other dealerships BUY their inventory (they make money back on each parts sale), and Save money on purchasing and opening capital for faster moving inventory. Today, we have three distribution and receiving centers in WI, TN and CO and are home to over 1.2 millio

n unique part numbers. Each location has different availability levels, since we do not require a parts list from dealerships that sell their inventory to us. Dealerships are able to send us what THEY want and no longer can move. So no pre -approved parts list is required. Purchasing inventory with us requires you to be an active OEM dealership. We do not sell direct to the consumer at this time. Consumers CAN search for replacement and service parts. Simply go to our home page and do a Parts Quick Search. This allows the consumer to locate and find what they need. Then simply place your order through your local dealership.
