Great learning opportunity for anyone local!

Attend a half day educational program covering the basics of fall/winter pasture management. This program will provide you with the most up to date information available to help you manage pastures on your property to meet the needs of your grazing livestock. All materials, light snacks, and lunch will be included in the registration fee. Topics will be taught by the University of Florida Faculty and will include cool season forage varieties for North Central Florida, establishment and maintenance, best forage for your operation, and grazing management strategies. Following lunch there will be an opportunity to visit a local field with cool season forage(s) grown by a local producer.
