This worked so well last time, let's try another role. Our Chicago loft is hiring!

Turns out "sailing problem" is a real qualification. Our last hire had one. Now we need one more.

Symptoms we're looking for: talking about sail inventories until people walk away, trying to convince friends they need a bigger boat, winning the regatta and then winning the debrief at the bar. If that's you, we'd like to pay you for it. Sales role, sails and J/Boats, lots of time on docks and on the water.

Why mess with a classic? Because fun is fast. The full story of Warlock, the turboed J/105 that just won its class in the Chicago Mac: from Lil Loki's light-air days to a squall-filled sleigh ride up the lake. Read it here

Why Mess With a Classic? Changing an icon of one-design racing is considered blasphemy. The J/105 has had a strong, loyal following since the first boat launched in 1991, with over 600 boats built and active one-design fleets across the country. It was revolutionary when it was new: the first produc...

Reefing Jibs are the perfect solution for short-handed sailors’ troubles on the bow. Ease the halyard, zip it up, and off you go. Here’s a brand-new Element jib for a Figaro 2 just in time for the Solo-Mac.

I know the boats are only just launching and the Chicago/Bayview Mac are way off in July!

It is never to early to think about how you are getting there…

Reach out today and talk to our sailmakers, express your ideas/goals, let us see what we can put together for you while there is plenty of time to chat about ORC optimization and get some new sails into your hands before heading North to the Island.

Please give us a call, we would love to help you get ready for the summer.
