STOP TAKING ADVICE FROM PEOPLE WHO NEVER TOOK A CHANCE ON THEMSELVES. 💯

Everybody’s got a blueprint for your success, but some of those same people have never laid a single brick toward building their own.

They’ve got opinions. They’ve got quotes. They’ve got ideas. They’ve got all the answers about what YOU should be doing.

But where’s the investment in themselves? Where’s the sacrifice? Where’s the risk? Where’s the ACTION?

Everybody wants to tell you how to take the shot, but some folks ain’t even got bullets in the gun!

I’m not interested in surrounding myself with people who only TALK about making moves. I want to be around people who are actually MOVING.

People who are investing in themselves. People who are taking risks. People who are building something, even if they haven’t figured it all out yet.

Because I’d rather learn from somebody who’s failed while trying than somebody who’s mastered the art of explaining why something won’t work.

I’m not saying you have to be successful to sit at my table. I’m saying you have to be willing to TRY.

There’s a difference between somebody who has wisdom to share and somebody who’s just comfortable giving commentary from the sidelines.

I want builders around me. Doers. Risk-takers. People with dirt on their hands, not just ideas in their heads.

Because I’m not chasing conversations about potential. I’m pursuing PURPOSE.

More about the dream than the dollar.

GOD FIRST. NOT GOD EVENTUALLY. 👑

One thing I’ve learned while pursuing my dreams is that if you’re not intentional about your priorities, whatever is loudest in your life will eventually become the most important.

The bills. The problems. The relationships. The responsibilities. Even the dreams you’re working so hard to build.

And sometimes, without even realizing it, we allow those things to take priority over the One who made it all possible.

The loudest thing in your life isn’t always the most important thing in your life.

Let that sink in.

I’m building businesses. I’m building a legacy. I’m building something I pray will benefit people long after I’m gone.

But none of it means anything if I lose sight of Who comes first.

ALLAH FIRST. PURPOSE ALWAYS.

Before you can EVER expect somebody else to invest in your vision, you have to be willing to put something behind it yourself.

How can you ask somebody to put a dime behind your dream when you haven’t put your first coins into it?

Your money.
Your time.
Your energy.
Your discipline.
Your sacrifice.

People need to see that YOU believe in the vision before you ask them to believe in it.

Stop waiting for somebody else’s money to validate what Allah put in your heart to build.

Play small. Win small.
Invest bigger. Build bigger.

Bet on yourself first.

Sometimes the closed door is part of the provision.

Make the effort. Pursue what benefits you. But know when to stop forcing a door that isn’t yours.

Not everything you walk away from is a loss. Sometimes it’s clarity. Redirection. Better positioning.

Strive with your hands. Trust Allah with your heart. Protect your peace—and keep moving forward.

There’s a moment when a dream stops being something you imagine—and becomes something you can hold in your hands. I’m living that moment right now.

It’s a different feeling when you go from having something in your mind to actually holding the completed work in your hands.

It’s exhilarating. Humbling. Emotional.

This is my first book, but I don’t plan on it being my last.

Looking through it now, I can already see things I could improve. Things I’ll do differently next time. But what I refuse to do is allow what could have been better to diminish what was actually accomplished.

This was completed.

It came from my heart.

At one point, it existed only in my imagination—and now I can hold it in my hands.

And I think there’s a lesson in that far beyond writing a book.

Whatever you’ve been imagining—building a business, writing a book, changing your life, getting in shape, going back to school, starting over—there comes a point when you have to stop just seeing it in your mind and start doing the work required to bring it into reality.

It doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.

Complete it. Learn from it. Improve the next one.

But never diminish the accomplishment of turning something that once existed only in your imagination into something you can actually hold in your hands.

Purpose Power. Book one. And definitely not the last.
