Occurred on December 31, 2022 / St. Augustine, Florida, USA Info from Licensor: "It was New Year's Eve. We lit off our finale and there was malfunction, causing a chain reaction of ground level explosions. Luckily, nobody was seriously hurt. It was like being in a war zone!"
