Reminder that the 5pm boat will start running today Tuesday the 13th out of Northeast harbor

Reminder no commuter boat tomorrow due to federal holiday. We will be running the 5pm boat early starting Tuesday the 13th to cover the gap between the other ferry and the actual start date of the 15th. So starting Tuesday 13th of Oct we will be running both morning commuter and the 5pm commuter. There is a schedule on a private website not controlled by us or the town going around that is not correct for 5pm run. we go from NEH to isleford to GCI as we always have

Reminder tomorrow Thursday OCT 1st will be the last day the commuter runs into manset it will be just NEH starting Friday. Then we will swap to the later 5pm boat starting Oct 15th

We are running, folks from gci use caution on floats The boat will be M/V Sutton this morning.

Commuter is cancelled still screaming easterly, and the floats at gci in which we land at ramps are almost off floats unsafe to land at, landing at steps with tide this low and surge isn’t an option. All comments and questions can be routed through our office. (207) 546-2927

UPDATE ON FERRY
Friday 25th
We plan to run the commuter boat in morning 6:15/6:30. We will be using M/V Sutton for commuter run.

We are then planning on trying to run the first three cranberry cove ferry trips ONLY . The last trip will be cancelled so that we can secure our ferries before the wind hits. Now keep in mind if weather gets to bad early we may have to cancel earlier then planned, so your best bet if you need to be on or off islands is to not wait until last min tomorrow because you might be stuck if you do.

So the last ferry from manset tentatively will be 1:30, the last ferry leaving LCI tentatively 2:10, the last ferry leaving GCI tentatively 2:30. Again last times could change if weather comes in hard sooner. Ferry will be cancelled Saturday and Sunday
