Certain household items require special handling and should not be placed in your regular garbage. Taking the time to dispose of these materials properly helps protect collection workers, equipment, and the environment.

As we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America, we'd like to remind our customers of a small schedule change for the holiday.

Due to the landfill closing early at 11:45 AM on Friday, July 3rd, our collection routes may begin earlier than usual.

🗑️ If your pickup day is Friday, please place your garbage cans at the curb on Thursday evening to ensure they are collected.

✅ Regular collection schedules will resume on Monday, July 6th, and service will return to normal.

We’re taking today to honor and remember those who served and sacrificed. Bert Adams Disposal will be closed today for Memorial Day.

That means this week’s pickups slide back one day:

➡️ Monday = Tuesday
➡️ Tuesday = Wednesday
➡️ Wednesday = Thursday
➡️ Thursday = Friday
➡️ Friday = Saturday

📍 Madison County customers will stay on their normal Friday pickup schedule.
