Derek Greene has been in the moving business for 21 years. He started warehousing 17 years ago in a 1,600-square-foot space. He grew to 10,000. Then 20,000. Then 100,000.

Today he operates 80,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse, a 40,000-square-foot receiving house across the street, 1,200 QR-coded storage vaults, 37 pianos, a full crating operation for high-net-worth estates, and a sister company called Plush that handles interior design logistics for $7 million homes.

Also… there is a **prison gym in the warehouse.** 😳

And the **FBI once called about one of his storage clients.**

This is what a moving company looks like when you **do not stop building.**
