TRANCO ANNOUNCES DAVID BRADFORD AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tranco is pleased to announce David Bradford as Chief Operating Officer.
David is a seasoned transportation and logistics executive with more than 20 years of experience in sales, management, and media leadership within the trucking industry. Throughout his career, he has held key roles with industry-leading companies including U.S. Xpress, TransCard, Covenant Transport, and Lipsey Logistics. He was also part of the early development of Xpress Direct, which grew into one of the nation’s largest providers of on-demand trucking services.
Most recently, Mr. Bradford served as President of Firecrown Media, leading strategic growth and operations from January 2024 through October 2025. Prior to that, he spent more than nine years at FreightWaves, where he held leadership positions including Chief Content Officer and Executive Vice President of Community Engagement. In these roles, he helped shape industry conversations, build influential partnerships, and expand audience engagement across the freight and transportation sectors.
Known for his deep industry knowledge and relationship-driven leadership style, Bradford has built a career at the intersection of logistics, media, technology, and community engagement.
David will bring his experience and engagement to the Tranco people and processes across all divisions of our company as we continue our upward trajectory in first-class transportation and logistics solutions.
