🚐 Tip Tuesday: When Should You Use Expedited Freight?

Not every shipment requires expedited service—but when the cost of a delay outweighs the cost of faster transportation, it may be the smartest solution.

Consider a dedicated Sprinter van when:
✅ A production line is waiting for a critical part
✅ A shipment missed its connection
✅ Standard transit times won’t meet the deadline
✅ Your freight is high-value or time-sensitive
✅ You want direct delivery with fewer transfers and less handling

Expedited freight provides a dedicated vehicle, fast pickup, direct routing, and real-time communication from origin to destination.
When every hour matters, Hippix Logistix is ready to keep your freight—and your business—moving.

Direct. Dedicated. Time-critical.

🚐 Celebrating Driver Appreciation Week

Every successful delivery begins with someone behind the wheel.
This week, Hippix Logistix proudly recognizes the drivers who keep freight and our company moving forward. Their dependability, communication, professionalism and commitment to getting the job done are what allow us to serve our customers successfully every day.

We see the early mornings, long nights, changing schedules, heavy traffic and difficult decisions that come with life on the road.

To our drivers: You aren’t simply moving freight. You’re the reason we can deliver on our promises.
Thank you for representing Hippix Logistix with strength, discipline and pride. You have earned this recognition, and we are grateful to have you on our team.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the heroes who responded with extraordinary courage, and reflect on the strength our nation showed in the face of tragedy.

For the freight transportation industry, service, resilience, and responsibility are part of who we are. Every day, our people help keep communities connected and America moving.

May we honor this day by carrying forward the values that united us: courage, service, and strength through unity.

**We remember. We honor. We never forget.**

☀️ Tip Tuesday: The 15-Minute Pre-Trip Inspection
In expedited freight, a 15-minute inspection can prevent hours of downtime.
Before hitting the road, take a few minutes to check the basics:

✅ Tires
Look for proper inflation, uneven wear, cuts, or punctures. Hot summer pavement can increase the risk of tire failure.

✅ Fluids
Check engine oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid, and other essential fluids. Summer heat puts extra stress on your vehicle's systems.

✅ Lights
Verify that headlights, brake lights, turn signals, and marker lights are all functioning properly. Visibility and communication on the road matter.

☀️ Summer-Specific Checks
Test your A/C system.
Inspect belts and hoses for cracks or wear.
Make sure coolant levels are adequate.
Keep extra drinking water on hand for unexpected delays.
Check battery terminals for corrosion, as heat can shorten battery life.
A small investment of time before departure can help avoid costly breakdowns, missed deliveries, and unnecessary stress.

🚐💨 Stay prepared. Stay safe. Keep freight moving.
