I built six 10' long temporary track panels today and installed four of them. That was all I needed to reach the road crossing to join the Eagle Point RR with the Eagle Point and Western RR. I do still need to make a bridge or install a drain pipe for water that runs beside the road when it rains.

Here is the latest info from the recent survey.
This is a rough draft the surveyor provided.
The finished one will be accurate to within +/- 1/8"
The track shown in green is rather accurate although some is not shown.
There will be changes to the final survey to suit the requirements of the lease.
The two major changes being we had mapped out 1.59 acres and the piece needs to be 2.5 acre min.
Second we will not be sharing a driveway with the current house.
There is more than enough room to make a second one next to the current one.
We will need to take down about 7 trees of size enough to make fire wood.
Then we will need to cut down the dirt hill side that is there.
This dirt can then be used on the back side of the RR for future track where a trestle would be needed cutting down on the length of the trestle.
Things are moving along well at this point.

Look at what was in the Car Barn the other day. Yes, the little green lawn mower has had lots of repairs and improvements and now works great. I cut lots of grass and killed weeds.
Oh yeah, I also moved Cass Turner's engine #7 up there for 2 days to check the track. I ran it around the track 3 times clearing sticks, rocks and other debris out of the track.
Lastly I sprayed for more weeds.
