Magellan Aviation Group recently added an aircraft to its growing leasing portfolio with the acquisition of Boeing 737-700 MSN 38128, completed in partnership with Stratos. The aircraft is powered by CFM56-7B Evolution engines and is operated by Virgin Australia.

“This acquisition is an exciting development for us, not only because it introduces Virgin Australia to our portfolio for the first time, but also because it demonstrates the value of working with experienced and trusted partners such as Stratos,” said Richard O Grady, CCO of Magellan Aviation Group. “Their market knowledge, professionalism, and continued involvement as servicer give us great confidence in the long-term success of this investment.”

The acquisition further reinforces Magellan’s commitment to disciplined portfolio expansion and developing long-term relationships with leading airlines and aviation partners globally.
