‼️“OMGoodness!!! I can not say enough positive about you and your team. [Getting the project] all worked out and coordinated in less than 24 hours was nothing short of miraculous. Then Connie & Jenny showed up yesterday and rocked it. I’m sure they’ve given you feedback, it was worse than I even imagined. I was so embarrassed at the state of things, and they just got to work, didn’t judge, and were so kind. Then, the movers came and did the same, were so kind and helpful. They put everything in her room, set it wherever we asked. Jenny & Connie helped me put things up and away and even offered to hang pictures if I wanted. I just cannot thank you enough, or give you and your team enough kudos for everything. Again, thank you so much, I will shout your praises always!”
We are so grateful to receive such an enthusiastic testimonial from a Client! But there is a lot to unpack here (no pun intended 😉) so we want to draw your attention to a couple of things:
📣First, BIG shout-out to two newer members of - Jenny & Connie! They knew exactly how to handle a delicate situation.
🚨Next, this was an emergency situation. While it's *always* better to have time to plan ahead and work closely with a Client, we are able to jump into action when needed (schedule permitting).
🤠 This is not our first rodeo. You may think you have the messiest house on the block. We hear the word 'hoarder' thrown around a lot. No matter the state of your home, we meet you where you are. We're there to help, not judge.
🤝 Finally, we select our movers and other service partners because they treat our Clients the same way we would - with dignity, grace, and good humor.
