✨ Employee Spotlight ✨

Today, we’re celebrating our very own Chloe on an incredible achievement—earning her Commercial Pilot Certificate! 🛩️🎉

When Chloe joined our team, she had recently graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in finance. While exploring her career path, she developed an interest in aviation during her time at Fresh Air. It didn’t take long for that interest to turn into a passion—within just six months of working here, Chloe decided to pursue a new dream of becoming a pilot.

Since beginning her flight training in May 2025, Chloe has reached milestone after milestone. She completed her first solo flight that July, earned her Private Pilot Certificate in September, became Instrument Rated in February, and on June 16, 2026, achieved her Commercial Pilot Certificate.

Chloe’s determination, work ethic, and commitment to her goals have been inspiring to watch. We are incredibly proud to have her as part of the Fresh Air team and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.

Congratulations, Chloe! Your future is taking off, and we’re honored to be part of the journey. ✈️👏

Fresh Air Aviation is looking for an A&P Mechanic to join our team in Northern Michigan. Work on a fleet of Beechcraft Queen Airs and Partenavia P68Cs while helping keep essential air service operating throughout the Great Lakes region.

🚧✈️ While the runway at Beaver Island Airport is being repaved, we’re working hard to keep packages moving for our island customers!

Even though we can’t fly into Beaver Island right now, our team is still providing the best service possible. We receive incoming packages on the mainland, carefully transport them down to the boat, and make sure they’re shipped across to the island.

Once the packages arrive, our island staff picks them up, sorts them, and gets everything organized for delivery and pickup. From there, customers receive a call or text letting them know their package is ready.

We’re proud to continue serving the Beaver Island community throughout this temporary runway project and appreciate everyone’s patience and support while these important airport improvements are underway.
