Greetings to All,
Myself and the entire Chandler Air Service family would like to thank everyone for the kind words, flowers, gifts, and donations that have been received or given in John's name before and since his passing. There have been times of rough turbulence in the past few months during John's battle and we greatly appreciate the support received from people locally, across the nation, and around the world. As most of you know, John always had many "pots on the stove", some involving company projects, others directed towards improving the airport, and relations with the surrounding community. Several of those "pots" were moved to back burners during the past months to accommodate his various medical needs. Rest assured, those will be brought back to the front as we move forward in the upcoming months.
Our first priority is to continue providing quality service and satisfaction to our current and future customers. This includes those seeking flight training, aircraft rental, electronic testing, pilot supplies, maintenance, parts, fuel, or transient aircraft service. Ultimately, as the owner of Chandler Air Service, it is my responsibility to ensure those goals are achieved. It has always been our belief that having dedicated employees who take pride in their work is the key to the company's success and I believe our current family is one of the best. Another important part of our success depends on company officers and managers to oversee the various areas within the company and at this time, I would like to introduce those people and their respective areas of responsibility:

If you, as a customer, are not satisfied with service received, I would encourage you to bring the issue to the appropriate Director or Manager for resolution. If still not satisfied, then bring it to my attention.
Many years ago, aerobatic pilots including John , CAS instructors, and others associated with us, competed at various contests as a group known as "Chandler Air Force". We have decided to expand the group to include all those who seek our services, whether coming in to just chat about a particular service or spending thousands of dollars, you will become a part of "Chandler Air Force".
As we move forward with the company, we will be using a "Chandler Air Force" newsletter, our website, http://aerobatics.com/ , email, [email protected], and Face Book, https://www.facebook.com/ChandlerAirService , as methods of communication to keep in touch with our customers with the latest news and upcoming events. If you did not receive the newsletter (this post) by email and would like to be added, please send a request directly by email or the email link on our website.
In closing, I would like to announce we have set the date for our 26th Annual "Toys For Tots" Hangar Party on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 6:00 PM. More details will be provided in an upcoming newsletter.
