The Port of Centralia’s social media site serves as a limited public forum and a
ll content published is subject to monitoring. The Port of Centralia reserves the right to remove any postings from its social media pages for any reason whatsoever and to block any users without notice. User-generated posts will be rejected or removed (if possible) when the content:
A) is off-topic or out of context. B) contains profane, obscene, sexual, or abusive material. C) contains personal identifying information or sensitive personal information. D) contains offensive terms that target others. E) is threatening, harassing, or discriminatory. F) incites or promotes violence or illegal activities. G) contains information that reasonably could compromise an individual’s or public safety. H) advertises or promotes a commercial product or service, or any entity or individual. I) promotes or endorses political campaigns or candidates.

Government agencies’ social media sites are subject to applicable public records law. Any content maintained in a social media format related to agency business, including communication posted by the Port of Centralia and communication received from its citizens, is a public record. The Port of Centralia auditor is responsible for responding completely and accurately to any public records request for social media content.
