We are sorry to share the passing of Pete's father.

Peter J. Boller
January 8, 1943 - January 9, 2024

SNEADS FERRY, NC - Peter J. Boller, 81, of Sneads Ferry, died Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Onslow Memorial Hospital.
Pete was a lifelong professional Waterman, harvesting shellfish, such as clams, oysters, muscles, scallops, crabs, as well as other fish and shrimp species from the waters of New York in the 60's to the Carolina Coast in the most recent years. Pete was an accomplished carpenter and a member of the United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers and Allied Workers Local 154. He had the knowledge, trust and confidence to work in the capacity of a commercial roofing Foreman.
Pete had a special touch for the greener things in life creating a robust garden that yielded some of the most perfect vegetables as well as roses and other shrubberies. The lifelong knowledge he possessed will surely be missed by all that had the opportunity to know him like many of his friends, and family. He was a "man's man" and will surely be missed by all! "Fair Winds and Following Seas".
Survivors include his wife, Maret Boller of the home; his son, Peter Boller and his wife, Kellie of Centerport, NY; sister, Monica Krapf of Maine; and his grandson, Peter Boller of Centerport, NY.
