Just projecting this and putting it into the universe.

Actively looking to bring somebody on. I am only interested in a long term person. This is not a “dirty job” and there’s a pretty good living to be made. It is low stress, steady pace and comfortable working environment.

Couple of things to be considered a viable candidate:

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST
-Must be a problem solver. You can call me with any problem but you must have an idea of a solution.
-Must have good communication skills
- job requires good computer skills
-basic mechanical knowledge and understanding automotive parts is a plus
-leadership/management skills are a must
-Must be confident in your work but also be open to constructive criticism
-Must be dependable and on time
-I’m not big enough to have medical insurance. But I do have a couple of percs:
-The said team member will get 1 Week of PTO to start
-They will get 2 weeks after a year and max out at 3 weeks after 2 years
-6 paid holidays per year

Chris Bryant pulled off a historic move this week with the help of Iron Mountain Hauling & Equipment LLC. It was quite a sight to see the "FLYING YANKEE" return to the conway tracks it once serviced.
