FABA is proud to promote SMART@ER Girls (Space, Manufacturing, Aviation, Robotics, and Technology at Embry-Riddle). This program is looking for female mentors within these industries to help guide and empower young women to achieve positive social changes by developing relationships with female mentors and creating new venues to explore careers in space, manufacturing, aviation, robotics, and technology.
