Story time, because it’s been a while 🤗
Yesterday we were chatting with one of our frequent parkers. And by frequent, we mean this gentleman has parked with us at least 18 times in the last year 🏆.
He shared that before ever booking with us, he spent DAYS stalking our website, scrolling our social media, trying to figure us out. Were we reliable? Would his car be safe? What was the garage like? All the things.
He said, “After that first experience, it was a no brainer. Easiest thing I’ve ever done. It just took that first time.”
He went on to say he bets there are so many people doing exactly what he did. Watching, reading, wondering. He said our FAQs answer the questions, but somehow don't quite do the experience justice.
Then came our favorite part (drumroll please.. 🥁🥁🥁): He said he thinks of us more as hospitality than parking 👏. Well, THAT was a compliment!
Because yes, we park cars. But this business was built on integrity, hospitality, and doing what we say we're going to do. We're constantly improving, but never at the expense of our customers' experience.
Anyway, about 10 trips in, he left an incredible google review to validate what many others had said, and we encourage you to read what our customers have to say. Their words carry wayyy more weight than ours!
So maybe, just maybe, this story is for somebody who's been quietly watching us, trying to decide if we're the real deal. 🤷
