Four County Transit Serving Virginia counties Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, and Tazewell. Sit back and let us do the driving! Anyone of any age can ride.

We are public transportation. We have a fleet of 63 vehicles, including vans, buses, and trolleys. All vehicles purchased since 2003 have wheelchair lifts.

Four County Transit will be closed with no buses running on friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence day.

Normal route service will resume on monday , July 6. We wish everyone a safe and happy 4th of July.

Four County transit will be closed with no buses running on Monday.May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day. Regular route service will resume on tuesday May 26, 2026.
