Women across healthcare are leading teams, managing change, supporting patients and carrying responsibilities that often extend far beyond their job descriptions. The 2026 Women in Healthcare Summit creates space to address the challenges behind that work and strengthen the skills, confidence and connections women need to continue leading effectively.
Through honest conversations about failure, resilience, well-being and leading change, attendees will gain practical insight they can apply to their careers and organizations. The goal is not simply to feel inspired for a day. It is to leave better prepared to navigate difficult moments, advocate for yourself, support others and lead with greater purpose.
Featured sessions include:
“Fast Failures, Strong Leaders” with Michelle Anderson
“The Brave Face: When Strong Women Break” with Andrea Cole
“Thriving, Not Surviving” with Bre Hyler
“Leading the Change” with Shannon Chambers
Wednesday, Oct. 28
10 a.m.–3 p.m.
