That time of year again just around the corner. Imagine that this weekend we turn the clocks ahead and soon spring will be here. Time for all of us to start gathering all the junk we have and get rid of it. Call us to book to get a trailer and help you clear out all the garbage at one time.

SUNDAY ROUTE CUSTOMER UPDATE:

We hope you are all staying safe and warm during this stretch of extreme cold. After much thought and careful consideration, and out of respect for the well‑being of our hardworking crew, we have made an important decision regarding this week’s schedule. Our team has spent the entire day out in the frigid temperatures, plowing, cleaning, and preparing our trucks to serve you. They have been working tirelessly, and with the temperatures now dropping below zero, we feel it is safest—for both our employees and our community—to push the Sunday night route back one additional day

For this week only, all Sunday night customers will be picked up on Tuesday.

If your garbage is already out, please leave it at the curb. Our team will make sure it is collected.
Our plan is to begin running **Monday’s route early Tuesday morning**, and as soon as those pickups are completed, our crew will move immediately into the **Sunday night route**. We will not be waiting until the usual 7 PM start time. As soon as Monday’s route is finished, they will head directly into catching up Sunday’s pickups. Please have your garbage out and visible so it can be collected at the earliest possible convenience.
We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness as we navigate this severe weather. The safety of our employees and the quality of service to our customers remain our top priorities.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out by call, text, chat, or email. We are here for you.

Thank you for being a valued part of the D.A. Davenport Disposal family. Stay safe and stay warm.

We hope each and every one of you is staying warm, safe, and protected during this stretch of frigid weather. Our team has been preparing as best as possible for the storm, and we have been working thoughtfully to determine the safest and most efficient way to ensure all of our customers are serviced in a timely manner just as we promise you.
At this time, we are still uncertain, unfortunately, about the exact day we will be able to run our Sunday evening route. Tentatively, we are planning to run this route on Monday evening, weather permitting. However, for the safety of both our employees and our customers, this is not a guaranteed schedule. If road conditions do not allow us to run on Monday evening, we will plan to complete the Sunday route on Tuesday evening instead. We kindly ask that you please keep your garbage out so our team can collect it as soon as conditions allow. For the remainder of the week, we have made the decision to push all routes back by one day to ensure everyone is serviced safely and accurately:

- Monday → Tuesday
- Tuesday → Wednesday
- Wednesday → Thursday
- Thursday → Friday
- Friday & Saturday → Saturday

We also ask, with appreciation, that all areas where your garbage is placed be cleared and visible for our crew. If our team cannot safely access or see your garbage, they will not be able to take it. Your help with this truly makes a difference, especially in weather like this. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to email, chat, or text us we will respond as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and your continued loyalty to the D.A. Davenport Disposal family. We value each and every one of you, and we hope you all remain safe, warm, and well during this winter weather

With Gratitude for This Year & Warm Wishes for 2026

As we come to the close of another year, we wanted to take a moment to pause, reflect, and share our heartfelt gratitude with each and every one of you. Serving you throughout this past year has truly been a blessing. Having such outstanding, loyal, and faithful customers is something we never take for granted. We simply could not do what we do without you, and we are deeply thankful for the trust you place in us.
We hope your holiday season was filled with joy, warmth, and time spent with the people who mean the most to you. As we prepare to welcome a brand‑new year, we are just as excited as you are for all that 2026 may bring.
Thank you again for being such dedicated customers. We look forward to continuing to serve you in the coming year—and for many more years ahead. If at any time you need extra assistance with clean‑ups, have questions, comments, or concerns, or simply need guidance with your service, please know that we are always here and always happy to help.
As mentioned earlier this year, we are still working behind the scenes on several improvements to continue serving you even better. Good things take time, and we want you to know that every step we take is with your best interest at heart. We welcome your feedback—if there is ever anything you feel we can improve, adjust, or enhance, we would love to hear from you.
With the addition of credit/debit card payments and paperless communication, we are continuing to grow and evolve each day. Your patience, support, and encouragement mean more to us than words can express.
From our family to yours, we wish you a happy, healthy, safe, and prosperous New Year. May your New Year’s Eve be joyful, and may 2026 bring you peace, blessings, and wonderful moments.
Here’s to a beautiful year ahead.
With sincere appreciation,
D.A. Davenport Disposal

I wanted to personally reach out with a sincere apology to everyone who is still waiting to receive their New Year paperwork. I am working diligently to get each packet sent out as quickly as possible. This process is taking a bit longer than we anticipated, as every email must be prepared and sent individually to ensure that each customer receives accurate, personalized information.
I am truly sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this delay may cause. Please know that I am doing everything I can to get these documents to each and every one of you as soon as possible.
This is our first full year transitioning to electronic paperwork for customers who prefer the paperless method, and this change is part of several updates we are implementing to better serve you. While we are excited about these improvements, we are also learning and adjusting along the way. Our goal is always to accommodate your needs and provide the best service we can.
I want to reassure you that you will receive your information packet. However, due to the volume and the individualized nature of the process, some packets may not arrive until the first week of the new year. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness as we work through this transition.
Thank you, as always, for trusting in us and for being such loyal customers of D.A. Davenport Disposal. It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve you, and we look forward to continuing to serve you today and in the years ahead.

We hope you’re all staying safe and warm this evening. We wanted to kindly let everyone who is normally picked up on our Thursday evening route know that, due to the severe weather and the impact it has had on the roads, our team will not be running routes tonight. Your safety and the safety of our crew will always come first.

Your garbage will be picked up tomorrow, and we kindly ask that you please leave it out so our guys can access it throughout the day. They will be completing both Friday’s regular route as well as your Thursday evening pickups, so they will be out and around to make sure everything is taken care of.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this weather interruption. Thank you for allowing us to serve you with care and commitment.

Wishing you safety, warmth, and a wonderful weekend ahead.
Blessings to you and your families,
D.A. Davenport Disposal
