Castle Rock, CO is an amazing town and community. No matter the time of day, there is always something interesting going on. More than once, I’ve wanted to go to one site that shows EVERYTHING going on in the town. Until now, that hasn’t been possible.

Many years ago I started a community calendar, called Castle Rock Now. When I moved to Denver, the site merged with another company and shifted focus from just being a calendar. When I returned to Castle Rock, I tried a variety of times to restart the idea, but it never stuck. I realized that each time, I tried different ways to make money off of the sites, from having businesses pay to have their events highlighted, to selling tickets to events on the site. Each time, trying to make money on the site kept the calendar from being comprehensive. Not everyone is going to pay to include their event, so things were left off.
