Silver Spur Trucking is a small family oriented company based in western Iowa. I'm looking to add another driver ideally located within 150 miles from 51010. Pulling hoppers (midwest regional).. Good equipment. Id like to think I run an easy going, laid back company. Home weekends and occasionally through the week. Duties include basic truck maintenance and the ability to handle paperwork that trucking entails. Must have a clean MVR and drug test. Currently looking for a dependable, motivated driver to fill the seat of this old money maker!

I get it, some folks might think they're too good for an old Columbia. I too was once this way. But then I realized I do this job to make money. And all that other "cool" stuff doesn't matter as much as I thought.

But on that note, don't let her spaceshuttle- like exterior fool you. That deleted/tuned 14 liter holds its own! She's got the chrome chimney, the loud ass jakes, the 13 speed, the 3.42s, the gauges, the tasteful amounts of coal. All while being one of the best riding, straightest driving trucks in western Iowa. This old girl has proven to be one of the Big Dawgs. (A lot of times the bigger dawg when loading at places that won't let you out over 80,000.)

She also cleans up really well. The shiny stuff gets just as much attention as it would if it were one of the Petes.

Now, about the job. I have a small fleet of trucks pulling hoppers as well as the option for belly dump. I also have very good friends that are happy to supply re**er work for the right candidate.

Qualified candidates must have a clean mvr and be able to pass a DOT drug screen. Pay will be based on experience. Please reach out if you would be interested in joining my laid back family oriented team. Thank you!
