After MY schooling today, we took a journey exploring Indiana's forests, prairies, and wetlands. We learned about Sandhill cranes and bird traits, then we did a puppet show to demonstrate our learning about the frog/salamander prey/predator relationship. To end our adventure, we took a nature walk through Potato Creek State Park's prairie maze and practiced identifying poison ivy. 😱

This was a BIG deal for me. Just a year ago, standing on glass more than 100 floors in the air would have been impossible. My fear of heights was unreal. Now that I spend so much time on ladders and RV rooftops, this didn't phase me at all!

One problem with being on the road all the time, people think you are an easy target. Someone just called claiming they were with a Texas police department, caller ID said San Diego, and so much they said was bull. They tried to convince me I was going to jail for 200 lbs of co***ne found in a car abandoned, that was registered in my name and their investigation found dozens of accounts from "reputable banks" totalling $200,000. I said "Awesome! I'm rich!" Too bad I check my credit monthly and none of those accounts show up. Apparently they didn't like those responses because they hung up. 🤷‍♀️

Best payment for services ever! I will ALWAYS take farm fresh goodies as payment for a job, in this case free range eggs! And this job wasn't even on an RV. I was modifying a power wheels dune rider for our Boondockers Welcome host! 😆
